Resources and guidelines for carers and nursing homes on how to deal with COVID-19

The International Long Term Care Policy Network (ILPN) has build a website to provide long term carers, nursing homes, and users early guidelines, resources and evidence on the impact of COVID-19 especially on the elderly and how to deal with the disease.

ILPN is also regularly updating a summary of policy and practice measures to limit the impact of COVID on long-term care users and staff.

The organisation is also collecting and sharing early guidelines and resources, and ILPN members have contributed reports on the situation in their countries.

The goal is to provide “live” reports on the situation in each country, and about the emerging evidence regarding measures adopted and short and longer term lessons learnt.

If you would like to be involved by contributing to country reports, or by synthesizing early evidence on measures, or by making us aware of relevant reports you might come across please email Adelina Comas-Herrera at a.comas@lse.ac.uk
